- Hmmm...Collaborating with an artist to find the perfect visual compliment to their music is the most fun, challenging, and inspiring process I can imagine. Another major interest of mine regarding music videos is the longevity of the form. The music video in the United States is not what it used to be. With decreasing budgets and no major TV outlet to showcase music videos in the States, the Internet has become the primary source for artists to post them and fans to watch them. I don't particularly think this is all bad. These factors are forcing directors and artists alike to become more creative conceptually and visually and I'd be honored to be considered in a class of directors moving the medium in a new direction.
